1.        A form of state-approved identification (ID).  Acceptable forms of ID include:  Driver’s License, US Passport, State-Issued ID, an inmate ID card issued by the California Department of Corrections, an employee identification issued by an agency or office of the state of California, or a California city/county.  Other forms of identification may be acceptable for certain notarial acts; however, verify first with your Notary.  NOTE:  US Military identification cards normally do not meet the necessary California identification requirements.

2.        The documents you require to be notarized.  If you are unable to print the documents in advance, notify your Notary.  However, additional charges may apply.

Your documents will be immediately available after the appointment is complete.

Our Notary Public is mobile and will meet you at a location of your choosing.  If necessary, we also have a physical location we can meet in downtown Hanford.

We accept cash, card, electronic payment (Zelle/Venmo/Cash App/Apple Pay), cashier's check and money orders.  Personal checks are not accepted.
